Obama / Clinton????
What a political race that makes me proud to be a Democrat!! An African American male and a female have changed this country forever. It is truly a historic race that shows we are the party of inclusion and hope.
After tonight let’s try to ease our way in to a mode of empathy and peace, understanding that these two candidates (Hillary & Obama) are very similar in their ideas and policies. One fact that we can take solace in is although it was a contentious primary it never got really ugly and personal between these two great public servants.
So now let’s put our collective goals of defeating John McCain on the front of our brains and go get Democrats elected. Never has it been more important for the Democrats to win and win big. This is America and we’ve got the power and that’s where it belong.
